A Company Profile is an important facet in a company's marketing plans and having a well written profile helps in more than one way. The important thing to keep in mind is that one should be precise while including all the details about the company. The basics – that is the name and address along with the general information about the company – should come first followed by the main services or products that the company offers. Here it would be a good idea to include the mission and philosophy of the company along with the business plan which gives a fair idea to the client as to what can be expected. You should also include community activities, if any, that the company undertakes.

Quality certifications (such as ISO) allow for an increased level of trust and mentioning them in your company introduction can only benefit you. You should also list quality control procedures that you have in place and. Additionally, adding your monthly output volume, countries/regions serviced and any major clients that you have will also build credibility with customers.

Mention the company’s uniqueness in regard to the scope of products and services offered. Mention awards won, qualifications and credentials of the employees or any special service that you provide.
